Amidst discussion on why child labor should be stopped. The Delegate of Germany pointed out that it is a grave misconception that all child Labor is forced. According to this Delegate, "the definition of child is subjective to a country".
The argument that the Delegate provided was that most of the children are the bread earners and they have a certain sense of responsibility engraved in them to provide for their property stricken family. It is believed that the labor is, more often than not, voluntary.
The opinion of the Delegate of Russia extremely contradicts that of Germany. The Delegate of Russia believes child education should be compulsory. Russian delegate would rather spend 10-30 billion on global education and cut back military spending than have children playing a part in income.
